About Ojo de Agua
Ojo de Agua climbs the hillside above the historic center. Its defining feature is the view: many homes look down over the rooftops and domes of Centro toward the Parroquia and out to the hills beyond.
Houses here tend to be larger and more contemporary than in Centro, built to take advantage of the slope with terraces and big windows. The trade-off is terrain. Streets are steep, so the walk down to the Jardín is easy and the walk back up is a climb.
Ojo de Agua suits buyers who want to be close to the center but would rather have a view, more light and more privacy than a street-level colonial home can offer.
