Privacy Policy

DreamSmith Global (dreamsmithglobal.com) is a small real estate website operated by Ashley Smith of DreamSmith Realty. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message through a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you include one, your timeline, your message, and the page the form was on (for example, a listing you were asking about). The form also records a hidden field that stays empty for people and is used only to filter automated spam.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to you and to continue the conversation you started. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people needed to help you, which may include our local brokerage partner, CDR San Miguel | Forbes Global Properties, when you ask about a property in San Miguel de Allende.

If you ask us to delete your message and details, we will.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the IP address of the request, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. These logs are used for security and for keeping the site running, not for marketing.

Embedded services and cookies

Some pages include content from other companies, and those companies may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own policies when the content loads:

• YouTube video embeds (served in privacy-enhanced mode where possible)
• Google Maps embeds on the contact page
• The AMPI San Miguel de Allende MLS listing widget and listing data on property search pages

We have not installed advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and the date at the top will change.

Listing data

Property information shown on this site comes from the AMPI San Miguel de Allende MLS and is subject to the MLS’s terms. We do not collect personal information through listing pages beyond what is described above.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ashley@dreamsmithrealty.com or call (770) 790-3527 and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within a few business days.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
