Colleen Phalen
Real Estate Agent, CDR San Miguel | Forbes Global Properties
A Texas native and longtime Houstonian, Colleen Phalen has called Mexico home since 1998. Her connection to the country began in childhood and deepened over several years as a homeowner in San Miguel de Allende, giving her a firsthand understanding of the lifestyle that continues to draw discerning buyers to the region.
Before transitioning into San Miguel de Allende real estate, Colleen built her career with two prestigious Houston real estate firms, developing a strong foundation in the industry and a refined sense of what clients need from the buying experience. She brings a natural eye for design to every search, helping clients find a property that reflects their personal style and vision for life in Mexico.
Outside of real estate, Colleen's interests (cooking, entertaining, design, and travel) mirror the lifestyle she helps clients discover. An active member of the San Miguel Croquet Club, she remains deeply engaged in the community she is proud to call home.
